She began her career in the healthcare industry in roles ranging from medical administrative coordinator to Office & HR Manager, and after 12 years decided to make the move to executive search. Her past experience provides her with a unique perspective and background as she focuses on executive search within the healthcare sector. Dedicated and reliable, she is committed to keeping the search process organized and on track to ensure goals and objectives are met. Emma obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Psychology, from Trent University and a Master of Business Administration degree, with a specialty stream in Human Resource Leadership, from the University of Fredericton.
