Heather Spiegel has 13 years of experience in executive recruitment, has spent over a decade identifying and attracting leadership talent for public and not-for-profit organizations across Canada. As Principal of the Healthcare Practice at Promeus, she partners with hospitals, healthcare associations, and government agencies to recruit physician leaders, Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives to build high-impact leadership teams. Her extensive experience assessing and interviewing thousands of leaders has given her deep insights into executive leadership and talent acquisition.
In addition to executive search, Heather provides coaching to senior public sector leaders, helping them navigate organizational challenges, strengthen their leadership presence, and build confidence in high-stakes environments. She has supported leaders at all stages of their careers—from first-time executives to seasoned CEOs and Board Directors—including several of Women’s Executive Network’s Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 award winners.
Heather pursued doctoral studies (ABD) in Organizational Behaviour at the Ivey Business School, and holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University.
