Jordene Lyttle is a founding Partner of Promeus and brings over 25 years of proven experience conducting senior-level executive searches for clients throughout the broader Education, Non-Profit and Public Sectors.
Building on her extensive experience, previously with the search practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, the Landmark Consulting Group, and the Caldwell Partners, Jordene is the Practice Leader for the Education and Public sectors with Promeus and has worked with hundreds of clients and selection committees over the years to help them identify and recruit outstanding leaders. Jordene is well known and respected across the public sector for her unique knowledge of, and relationships with key leaders across the country. She is frequently called upon to provide leadership advice and support to Boards, Presidents, Directors, and other senior public sector leaders throughout Ontario and Canada, and has been a guest faculty member at the CiCAN Leadership Institute for Presidents and Vice Presidents as well as a corporate supporter of the Council of Ontario Directors of Education (CODE), Ontario Public Supervisory Officers’ Association (OPSOA) and Ontario Catholic Supervisory Officers’ Association (OCSOA) over the years.

Jordene is a graduate of the University of Toronto and is a Certified Management Consultant (“CMC”). She has completed the Governance Essentials Program through the Institute of Corporate Directors and The Joseph Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and additional professional development in Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment.
