Kerry is a Senior Associate with Promeus, where he supports executive search engagements. He brings deep experience as a senior human resources executive across multiple sectors including healthcare, municipal and provincial government.
From 2018 to 2023, Kerry served as Chief Human Resources Officer with Trillium Health Partners, leading delivery of enterprise people programs and services, and providing direct support to the CEO and Board of Directors. Since then, he has served as interim CHRO with Joseph Brant Hospital and continues his work as a consultant and leadership coach, primarily in health care.
From 2016 to 2018, Kerry was Executive Director of Human Resources (CHRO) with the City of Toronto. Prior to joining the City, he spent his career with the Ontario Public Service in progressively responsible leadership roles, including Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) of the Centre for Leadership and Learning where he directly supported the Secretary of Cabinet on senior executive human resource matters. He also served as the first ADM for an Accessible Public Service, and enterprise Chief Learning Officer.
Kerry is also a proud past Commissioner on the Board of the Niagara Parks Commission, having served six years as a provincial appointee.
